Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid subscription benefits (including remaining credits and premium features) until the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
No. All purchases are non-refundable.
Will you increase your prices in the future?
As we continuously integrate more advanced AI models to deliver better results, our pricing may increase in the future. However, if you choose an Annual Plan, you will lock in your current rate and remain unaffected by any price increases during your subscription period.
Why should I upgrade to a paid subscription?
AI video processing requires significant compute resources. The free plan is designed for evaluation and light usage. For regular workloads, longer videos, or higher processing frequency, a paid plan provides the capacity and priority processing needed for reliable results.
Do my unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Annual plans are billed annually, but the included credits are still granted and reset monthly.
Are my documents secure? Do I own the copyright?
You retain full rights, including commercial use, to documents generated with VidFoil. We do not claim copyright over your output. Your videos and documents are processed securely, and we prioritize your privacy. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Absolutely. Invoices are automatically generated for every transaction. You can view and download your invoices at any time through our payment gateway's Customer Portal.
What kind of support will I receive?
Paid subscribers receive priority support. If you encounter technical issues or need assistance, email us and we will prioritize your request. If you need enterprise-grade support or integration, contact us to discuss available options.
Does my subscription include API access?
We do not provide public API access at this time. If you have specific enterprise integration needs or wish to incorporate our service into your workflow, please contact us via email to discuss custom solutions.
